For those who wish to use our Veskimo Cooling Vest but prefer not to wear the Veskimo Backpack, we now offer this convenient "Mini" Cooler that can serve as the source of ice chilled water for the Vest.
The new 4.4 Quart Mini Cooler measures 10.5" x 8" (viewed from above) and is only 8" tall. Inside the soft outer shell is an airtight container with a leakproof locking lid, which houses the water pump and serves as the reservoir of ice and water. A 3 foot long hose connects to the vest. Other hose lengths (shorter or up to 6 feet long) are available on request.
Just like the backpack, this unit can be powered from the Veskimo Power Pack, however since most users will be using this cooler in conjunction with some sort of vehicle, included with the cooler is an 8 foot long External Power Cord with a cigarette lighter style plug on the end so you can power it directly from your vehicle's 12 Volt electrical system, or from 110VAC by using an optional 110VAC to 12VDC adapter.
The 4.4 Quart Mini Cooler includes the 3 foot long hose and power cord, so all you need for a complete system is to add the vest for a total system cost of under $280! The Cooler is easy to fill and holds about 70% more ice and water than the Backpack.
